Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your personal data from AckPost at any time.

What We Delete

• Your account and profile information
• Workspace data and brand configurations
• Content drafts and published post records
• Connected provider account tokens
• Analytics and engagement history

What We Retain

Billing records are retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years). Stripe stores payment information independently — contact Stripe to request deletion of payment data.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to hello@ackpost.com from the email address associated with your AckPost account. Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete.
