1. Your Content

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the content you create and publish through AckPost. We claim no ownership over your posts, images, or other content.

2. License to AckPost

By using AckPost, you grant us a limited license to access, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This includes storing drafts, publishing to connected social accounts, and generating proof artifacts.

3. Proof Artifacts

Proof artifacts (screenshots, provider responses, permalinks) generated by the platform are provided as-is and are intended for verification purposes. AckPost does not guarantee the admissibility of proof artifacts in legal proceedings.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Content published through AckPost to third-party platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.) is subject to the terms and licenses of those platforms. AckPost is not responsible for how those platforms use your content.

5. Data Portability

You may export your data at any time by contacting hello@ackpost.com. We will provide your content and proof artifacts in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
