Create and schedule a post
Draft a post, choose destinations, preview the platform output, and schedule it for publishing.
Expected outcome
A post is saved, queued, or scheduled with the correct destination and approval state.
Steps
- 1Open New Post from the left navigation.
- 2Select the brand and destination you want to publish to.
- 3Write the post text or use a voice brief to add the first draft.
- 4Review the live preview and destination readiness panel.
- 5Choose Save draft, Queue, or Schedule based on your workflow.
Acceptance checklist
- Check: The selected destination is the correct account, page, board, or profile.
- Check: The post passes platform character and media requirements.
- Check: The approval gate shows the expected policy before scheduling.
- Check: The post appears in Queue or Calendar after saving.
Notes
- AckPost blocks common publishing mistakes before a post is queued.
- If a brand requires approval, scheduling should not bypass the approval gate.
