Review incoming messages and prepare replies while keeping response work inside the brand workflow.

Incoming items are reviewed and moved toward reply, saved response, or escalation.
Steps
- 1Open Inbox from the left navigation.
- 2Filter or scan messages for the active brand.
- 3Open the conversation that needs attention.
- 4Draft or select a response.
- 5Escalate sensitive items instead of sending risky replies.
Acceptance checklist
- Check: The message belongs to the correct brand.
- Check: The reply matches the brand voice.
- Check: Sensitive messages are not handled by automation alone.
- Check: The response state is visible after action.
Notes
- Auto-reply should remain draft-first until safety gates and audit trails are fully hardened.
