Steps
- 1Open Help Center or Video Guides from the left navigation.
- 2Search for the feature or workflow you need.
- 3Open the matching guide.
- 4Watch the short video and follow the written checklist.
- 5Use the related guides to continue the workflow.
Acceptance checklist
- Check: The guide title matches the user-facing feature name.
- Check: The video is short enough to watch during onboarding.
- Check: The written steps match the current app UI.
- Check: Related guides lead to the next logical workflow.

- Help articles are designed to become blog and SEO content later, but the first job is customer onboarding.
